Your workflow deserves more than a workaround.
Internal tools, web applications and integrations built around your workflow.

your situation.
Businesses whose teams rely on spreadsheets, manual handovers or disconnected applications.
Repeated data entry, spreadsheet handovers and gaps between applications create unnecessary work. We assess where a custom tool or integration can help, then build around the people and processes it needs to support.
Build a tool around a complete working process.
The starting point is a task your team finds difficult to manage. It might involve entering the same data in several systems, tracking approvals in spreadsheets or assembling customer information by hand. We examine the workflow and decide whether an existing tool, an integration or a custom application is the best fit.
Discovery maps users, information and permissions. A prototype lets the team try important interactions before development begins. We also review the systems the application must connect to: their interfaces, access rules and limitations can determine what the product can reliably do.
The first version supports a complete workflow, including missing information, rejected requests and failed connections. Users review it with representative tasks. Documentation explains how it runs and how it can be maintained, while later features are prioritised around feedback from the people using it.
Workflow & product design
User journeys, requirements and prototypes that expose the important decisions early.
Application development
Web applications, internal tools and integrations with agreed access and data boundaries.
Testing & documentation
Tests of core workflows and failure cases, deployment instructions and documentation for future maintenance.
Real situations.
A practical starting point.
An internal operations tool
Bring a repeated process into one place, with suitable permissions, clearer status information and a more consistent way to complete the work.
A customer or partner portal
Provide a focused interface for an agreed interaction, such as reviewing information, following a request or collaborating on a document.
A connection between business systems
Move approved information through supported interfaces, with explicit handling of duplicates, missing fields and failed transfers.
A clear way
forward.
- 01
Map the work
Understand users, data and the process the software needs to support.
- 02
Build the essential version
Deliver the smallest useful solution and review it with its users.
- 03
Extend carefully
Improve the product using feedback and an agreed maintenance plan.
Useful progress,
clearly defined.
- A tool aligned with an actual business workflow
- Fewer disconnected steps and repeated data entry
- A foundation that can evolve with the business
A good brief.
A shared understanding.
We review the working product with the people who will use it. Acceptance is based on representative workflows, including exceptions, rather than only a visual demonstration. Documentation, support arrangements and the ownership of source and infrastructure are defined as part of the project.
What to bring to the first conversation
- A walkthrough of the current workflow, including difficult cases
- Examples of the information the application will need to handle
- Details of existing systems, access boundaries and integration options
Bring what you have. We can work through the open questions together.
Before we
get started.
Can you integrate with an existing system?
Usually, when a supported API or suitable data interface is available. We review access, limitations and security during discovery.
Who owns the source code?
Source ownership, licensing and third-party dependencies are specified in the project agreement before development begins.
How do you decide what belongs in the first version?
We identify the smallest complete workflow that solves the priority problem. Essential dependencies are included; additional features are separated for later review. The first release still needs to handle the agreed tasks and their important exceptions.
Can the software evolve after launch?
Yes. We discuss maintainability, documentation and extension points during design. Future changes still need an agreed scope and a review of their effect on existing behaviour.
Let's talk about your next step.
Describe the problem you want to address and what already exists. We will discuss how this service could support your business.
